Cancellations

Full Refund for Early Cancellations:

• Customers can cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip.

• Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the provider’s discretion for emergencies (e.g., medical issues, flight cancellations, or severe weather)
