Full Refund for Early Cancellations:

Customers can cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip.

Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the provider’s discretion for emergencies (e.g., medical issues, flight cancellations, or severe weather)
No Refund Policy for Triple B Guide Service
Cancellation by Customer:

All bookings are non-refundable within 12 hours of the scheduled charter departure. If you cancel within this window or fail to show up ("no-show"), the full charter cost will be charged, as preparations (bait, fuel, and crew time) have been made, and it’s unlikely the slot can be rebooked on short notice.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to departure may be eligible for a full or partial refund or the option to reschedule at the discretion of Triple B Guide Service.

A $50 deposit is required at booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the charter.
Cancellation by Captain:

If the captain cancels the charter due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning, or heavy rain), mechanical issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost, based on availability.

Weather-related cancellations are at the sole discretion of the captain, prioritizing the safety of all passengers and crew.
Additional Terms:

Full payment is due prior to departure. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved digital payments.

If a customer requests to end the charter early (e.g., due to seasickness or personal reasons) while conditions are safe and fishable, no refund will be issued, and the full charter cost applies.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or equipment during the charter, and repair costs may be charged.
